The Adult Care Center is licensed by the Department of Social Services, the Veterans Administration, and the Virginia Medical Assistance Program. The Center is staffed by an Executive Director, a Business Manager, a Health Care Manager, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). The ratio of medical personnel to participants is 1:6. Our friendly, home-like center is located at 621 Court Street, in historic downtown Lynchburg, on the lower level of Court Street United Methodist Church. The entrance to the center is on the west side of the building by the playground.
Our hours of operation are 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Fees are charged monthly in advance:

Medicaid is accepted with qualifying criteria.
The Veterans Administration provides financial assistance to veterans receiving services through the VAMC/Salem and who meet the criteria for adult day care services.

- Delay or prevent institutional care for a health-impaired loved one
